Born on July 23, 1960 in Bologna.

Graduated cum laude from the University of Bologna in 1984, with a thesis on commercial law.

He attended the in-depth academic program in tributary law, at the University of Bologna, during the academic year 1986-1987.

Admitted to the Bologna Bar Association, since November 1986.

Admitted to the Special Bar of the lawyers practicing before the Corte Suprema di Cassazione and the other higher courts since June 1999.

He is the founding partner of Studio Legale Vanni.

His practice focuses on: company and corporate law, banking and finance law, bankruptcy and insolvency procedures, industrial and competition law, inheritance law, sports law, litigation and arbitration.
